Terms and Conditions
In consideration of participating in the Nun Run Expo, I agree as follows:
A. PARTICIPATION FEES
• 1. Booth Fee - Vendor agrees to pay the Standard Booth Fee all fees due by Jan 20th.
• 2. Vendor understands there will be no refunds or portions thereof of fees for any reason including no show or as a result of the show’s early closing due to inclement weather, dangerous conditions or acts of Nature.
All products and trash must be removed at the end of the event. Vendor may not break down before 10:30. Vendor must leave their location clean.
C. USE OF IMAGES
Vendor understands and agrees that photographs, video and other recordings of Vendor, displays and their artwork made by the The Sisters of Notre Dame, may be used for promotional, advertising, archiving, and/or educational purposes without remuneration to the Vendor.
D. LIABILITY & RELEASE
Vendor has read and agrees to all terms and conditions of participation in the Nun Run. Vendor hereby releases, indemnifies and holds harmless the Sisters of Notre dame, La Reina High School and Middle School and all of their employees, volunteers, representatives, assignees, affiliated organizations, vendors and suppliers from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, demands, damages, theft or costs (including attorney’s fees), and for any injury suffered before, during, or after the Nun Run or as a result of negligence or other acts, foreseen or unforeseen and howsoever caused, and for the Vendor’s work, equipment or materials. Vendor is strongly encouraged to carry liability, personal injury, and theft insurance for their product, their personal protection, their assistants and their customer’s protection.
