Santa To The Sea Expo is located at Marine Emporium Landing 3600 S. Harbor Blvd. Channel Islands Harbor, Oxnard CA 93035
Dates: December 9th 10am-4pm (Packet Pick Up)
and December 10th 7am-1pm (Race Day Finish Line)
Each booth will be provided 1- 6' table and 2 chairs, this year we will not be under the large tent so please bring your own pop-up.

Terms and Conditions
In consideration of participating in Santa To The Sea Half Marathon, I agree as follows:
A. PARTICIPATION FEES
• 1. Booth Fee - Vendor agrees to pay the Standard Booth Fee all fees due by Dec 5th. Vendor may request a Double Booth and must submit payment for this size.
• 2. Vendor understands there will be no refunds or portions thereof of fees for any reason including no show or as a result of the show’s early closing due to inclement weather, dangerous conditions or acts of Nature.
B. VENDOR PRESENCE
Vendor agrees to be present or to have a knowledgeable representative in their booth. Show hours are Saturday 10am-4pm and Sunday, 7am-1pm. Set-up Saturday starting at 7am Saturday. Electricity will not be provided unless requested.
C. RULES, REGULATIONS, APPLICABLE LAWS & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Vendor agrees to abide by all government state and local rules, CA Sales Tax, regulations and laws applicable to Santa To The Sea. Vendor agrees to represent self and Santa To The Sea in a professional manner. It is Vendor’s responsibility and Vendor agrees to secure their display and product using appropriate safety measures for the public and one anothers protection.
D. HEALTH PERMIT REQUIRED: Vendors sampling, selling, or giving away food products must have proper certification from the Ventura County Health Department. Note this must be done at least 30 days out links can be found here http://www.ventura.org/rma/envhealth/community-services/consumer-food/special-events.html. Please fill out the paperwork and email it to Jen by Nov 1st in order to have the proper permitting, if you choose to serve food without the permit you will be asked not to or to leave by organizers/ county health.
All products and trash must be removed at the end day on Sunday, if there is trash left you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Vendor may not break down before 4pm on Saturday and 1pm on Sunday. If you wish to leave your booth/product over night you must have your materials secured, security guards will be on duty. Santa To The Sea will not be held responsible for any loss or damage, we will have overnight security but do not guarantee safety.
F. USE OF IMAGES
Vendor understands and agrees that photographs, video and other recordings of Vendor, displays and their artwork made by Santa To The Sea, their agents, assigns, employees, may be used for promotional, advertising, archiving, and/or educational purposes by the Santa To The Sea without remuneration to the Vendor.
G. LIABILITY & RELEASE
Vendor has read and agrees to all terms and conditions of participation in the Santa To The Sea. Vendor hereby releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Santa To The Sea, the City of Oxnard and all of their employees, volunteers, representatives, assignees, affiliated organizations, vendors and suppliers from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, demands, damages, theft or costs (including attorney’s fees), and for any injury suffered before, during, or after Santa To The Sea or as a result of negligence or other acts, foreseen or unforeseen and howsoever caused, and for the Vendor’s work, equipment or materials. Vendor hereby releases the foregoing entities from all actions, claims, demands that he/she, his/her assigns, heirs, legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury, death, damage to, or theft of personal property, equipment or artwork. Vendor is strongly encouraged to carry liability, personal injury, and theft insurance for their artwork, their personal protection, their assistants and their customer’s protection.
H. KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION
I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I understand that failure to comply with all Santa To The Sea regulations will result in my removal from the Santa To The Sea. I am aware that all decisions of Santa To The Sea are final and may not be arbitrated. I am aware that this is an enforceable contract and release of liability between myself and Santa To The Sea and their affiliated organizations and sign it of my own free will.
By writing my name below I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the above terms and conditions.
